On 23 July, a ceremony was held to open the pedestrian bridges connecting Destina Putrajaya, our new shopping mall at Precinct 7, with MRT Putrajaya and Putrajaya Hospital.

These new pedestrian bridges provide a safer, more convenient, and comfortable walkway, connecting to our new shopping mall, Destina Putrajaya! The improved connectivity enhances accessibility for the public for shopping, dining, and leisure.

Alamanda Shopping Centre reopened following a major refurbishment, officiated by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, reinforcing its position as Putrajaya’s key lifestyle destination.

Putrajaya’s first integrated lakeside development, spanning over 10 acres, was completed. This landmark destination comprises of Fraser Residence (a four-star serviced apartment), Terra Acara (event hall), Plaza Terra (community mall), and Terra Residences, a 348-unit condominium tower.

Completed on schedule in November 2019, Parcel F in Precinct 1 comprises 10 government office blocks, delivered using the highest level of detailing in BIM (Building Information Modelling) while achieving a QLASSIC score of 78%.

The Seri Ehsan Bridge, connecting Precincts 4 and 19 in Putrajaya, was built to provide an alternative route to the Putrajaya Core Business District, helping to reduce travel time and ease traffic congestion.
